What’s the 21/90 rule? When you commit to a personal goal for 21 days, the pursuit of that goal becomes a habit. If you can keep up something for 21 days and then for 90 days, then it will become a permanent lifestyle change.

That’s how I designed my programs for you.

Services I offer…

01 — Customized Diet

Right amount of calories, macro nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrate), frequency and size of meals to keep you fueled properly to achieve your goals, whether it is packing on muscle, slimming down, improving athletic performance, or striving to eat whole and natural foods.

02 — Targeted Workouts

Whether you’re targeting specific body parts, wanting a whole-body workout, or improving cardiovascular endurance, I will design time- efficient workouts that give you variety and keep you feeling jazzed, challenged, and accomplished.

03 — Weekly Check-ins

I start off listening to your goals and situation and schedule weekly check-ins to make sure you measure and report your progress. I am an accountability partner for you. In addition, I am available for 10-minute chats anytime 12 hours a day.

04 — Personal 1:1 time session (30-minutes)

You can set up 30 minutes virtually for what you choose: personal training, cooking or meal prep together, or a longer conversation about wellness goals, challenges, and solutions. In-person meetings may be arranged if travel and the COVID-19 situation permit.
