How my journey began

“I am fearless, ambitious, courageous and will make you smile whether we’re working on a project or lifting weights! I am accustomed to operating in a demanding environment and performing my best under pressure. I am a team player and support each member on my team to reach their highest potential.”

That’s what my LinkedIn profile says. It’s true! I approach every person and every adventure with positivity, intensity, and no fear.

However, while working 40 hours a week in technology sales and preparing for my first amateur body building competition, I realized that I had a trio of related but not connected interests and skills: (1) physical fitness and athletic performance, (2) social media marketing, and (3) a passion for storytelling and connecting.

I quickly realized that I could marry these three interests to truly fulfill my personal and professional goals — become a personal trainer and continue learning to enhance my coaching skills. In 2021, I completed Phase 1 of the prestigious Duke Integrative Medicine Professional Program, launched my wellness coaching business, and worked with more than 20 clients who were achieving measurable and remarkable results. In 2022, I am accepting additional clients for virtual coaching.
